Goodman beefing up operations in Poland |
Warsaw's office space boom showed no signs of abating during the first half of the year, according to a report by international real estate services company DTZ. The city had almost 2.65 million sq m of office space at the end of June.

Goodman Group, which manages logistics real estate, has bought a 31.5 ha landsite in Modlniczka near Krakow. The company intends to build almost 158,000 m? of warehouse space in the town at an anticipated cost of around €80m. |
