Malawi’s President Bingu Wa Mutharika is reportedly upset and is challenging Berlin-based Transparency International to substantiate its findings that corruption is rampant in his country.
 Malawi's central bank Governor Victor Mbewe said on Tuesday inflation should stay in single digits during 2007 although higher oil prices posed the biggest threat.
