Kampala is steadily stretching its boundaries as evidenced by the new real estate villages that surround the city today. This means that the need for accommodation for people working in Kampala is fast improving. Different property agents have come up although others have folded. But the worthwhile have done a great job. Kaga Property Services, is one of those agents that have constructed well-planed estates. The estate villages have become centres of attraction.

They have developed estate villages in Buziga, Namugongo, Ntinda, Naalya, Banda-Kyambogo and Buwaate-Najeera, all city suburbs. The estates offer the perfect homes for those who prefer class and elegance. Akright Property Developers are yet another company out to give you a comfortable home. They have constructed estates in Kirinnya and now the latest - the Kakungulu Housing Estate at Bwebajja on Entebbe Road.

How to own these modern homes is just simple as long as you have the will. What you need is a budget and sticking to it. If you cannot afford to buy a house, you may go in for renting. But if you are getting fed up with renting and want to move onto a property ladder, then you can choose to take a mortgage. However, buying a house may be a bit complicated. Gerald Tukahabwa, the marketing director of Kaga Property Services, says if you have the money and the only problem you have is how to spend it, then using the services of property agents would come in handy.
